Expectations:
When there is a prompt posted, you should, of course, post a piece that addresses your answer to the prompt. However, the expectation for full credit is that you also bridge or build upon someone else's comment. That could include agreeing (with justification) or respectfully disagreeing with another post, asking another student a question about the content of his or her post, answering a question another student had about your previous post, or elaborating and/or clarifying upon a point another student has already made. In order to meet this expectation, you may need to make more than one post. It almost goes without saying that all posts need to be relevant to the prompt without side conversations, and appropriate language and writing for academic purposes is expected at all times.
